I recently received oral sex on two separate occasions, 11 days ago was the first occasion. I only noticed the red spots 2 days ago after the second occasion. Also have a mild tingling sensation on the tip on penis.
Any input appreciated.

Red dots are not an std symptom but maybe an irriation from constant pulling checking for things.
