Are red patches signs of syffilis?

I was away for a week by myself.  I spent some time watching porn and masturbating fairly intensely.  I also had 2 male to male hookups in my room.  I am on prep and did not use a condom and was the anal insertive partner.  A few days later I noticed 4 red, painless, red spots about 1–2 cm in diameter on my penis shaft.  Also burning when urinating and an excretion from penis. I assume I have gonnorhea and went to a clinic to get tested.  The clinician thought the red spots could be signs of syfilis and I got tested for that too.  I am going back in a day to get an antibiotic for the gonnorhea (before the test results are in) and I may ask for the antibiotic for syfilis too.  Though I was tested for syfilis, I just want this taken care of ASAP even before test results and I am also concerned that a negative syfilis result may not be accurate as it may not be showing in the results yet. The red spots are not really going away, getting worse, or anything else.  I add I have a history of cracked skin And mild periodic excema on penis.  Should I get the penicillin shot to clear up any syffilis when I get the antibiotic for gonnorhea?  Thank you

Syphilis sores don't appear for about 3 weeks. If it is syphilis, it's not from these most recent encounters.

Taking antibiotics you don't need causes resistance, and since you have a history of eczema, it's hard for me to advise you to treat.

Did you have a risk about 3 weeks prior to the sores showing? Syphilis sores can appear anywhere from 10 to 90 days, but the average is 21 days.
