Blood test report

I received a brief oral sex
19/6/17
I did blood test
i just got my report
Syphilis Serology(Modified VDRL)-non reactive
Syphilis TP(CMIA)-non reactive

do i have to test again or i can just move on?

Based on the risk information you gave, I'd say repeat testing isn't necessary; however, routine STD testing at least 2 times a year is a good habit.

Will this cause me to be infected?
