Blowjob with a condom - am I at risk for STDs?

One week ago, I visited an Asian massage parlor and had protected oral sex with a female. She sucked me off, I ejaculated into the condom. I do not remember if her mouth went over the edge of the condom or not. After I came, she took off the condom and continued to masturbate me for several minutes using massage oil.

Several days later, I have been feeling a sustained light tingling in my penis which comes and goes. It may be in my head, but it is somewhat noticeable. It seems to be bothering me all day. I do not have any other pain or leakage/discharge.

Am I at risk here for STDs  (any kind- gonorrhea, chlamydia, unc, etc)? I understand that my risk is low, but would like the community's opinion here on what to do next.

You had no real risk, sounds more like irritation from the oil or condom.
