Bump on penis? What is it?

I have one red bump on the left side of my penis near pubic hairs.  Its red and seems to have a yellow center.  It doesnt itch and doesnt really hurt.  If i touch it, it doesnt really hurt but i can feel it.  Ive had it before in about the same spot like maybe 3 weeks ago.  I also dont recall any itching or tingling in that specific area before the bump appeared also.  Im very confused to what this is?  Is it herpes?  And if not what is it?  I did have unprotected mutual masturbation with another man.  I stroked his penis a couple times and then stroked mine right after until ejaculation.  I didnt notice or feel any lesions on his penis.  I heard this kind of sexual activity cannot give u any kind of std but then i have this bump.  Theres also kind of another bump on my shaft.  Its all white and round and small.  Doesnt hurt at all or itch even when touching it.  Ive had it for maybe 2 weeks, i didnt think much of it until now.  Ive masturbated with it and nothing has happened, same with the red bump.  Any ideas on what all this may be?

One more thing.  Im starting to kind of freak out.  My gf who gave me protected oral a month ago or so, maybe 4 weeks after my mutual masturbation exposure with a man, her face has become red and itchy, she also has a little pimple on the side of her mouth and one on her eyebrow.  She said that its maybe been red and itchy for a week or so but not sure.  If someone could please look into my question and help me, i would ever soooooo appreciate it
