Bumps on scrotum

I noticed these bumps on my scrotum.

The white coloured bump feels hard like a rice grain. The other one is soft like the surrounding skin. My ex was diagnosed with HPV ( non cancerous). I am concerned about these bumps. They dont look anything like genital warts. I would like an opinion on it by the experts.

Update: I had an appointment with a general doctor and she said that the bumps were not warts.  I also discussed concerns mentioned on this post : https://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs---STIs/Concerns-about-HPV/show/3051856 and for that she said i shouldn't be concerned about it anymore as the warts would have shown till now if i was infected. She wanted to do some blood tests for it, but I am not sure if these tests actually prove anything.

What kind of blood tests? For HPV?

I'm glad you got it looked at, and that it's not warts.

I have already  taken an appointment and will definitely write about it here. Thank you very much for your responses. I did show it to my ex as well and she doesn't think it's HPV. They dont look like the ones she had at all

That doesn't look like HPV, though it could be (sometimes it's hard to see in pics). The darker spot should be checked out for sure, though it could be something as simple as an infected oil gland or hair follicle.

Don't do anything to it - don't try any creams or whatnot, don't try to pop it. Just let the doc see it as is.

Let us know what it is.

I got a second opinion from another forum and someone (with their title as UK registered nurse /sexual health) replied as these being angiokeratoma of fordyce.  I have an appointment next month. I will post the doctors opinion as well
Thanks for letting us know.

Hi sometimes anxiety can make us imagine many things and your ex having hpv would highten this. If what your describing dont look anything like genital warts then most liky skin tag or even some thats been there a while that your just noticing now. If your having anxiety over this have a doc check you out to ease your stress.
