Chlamydia

I was diagnosed with chlamydia on the 18/01 i had 1 g of Azythromicine followed by 4 weeks of doxycicline i couldn't take it anymore so i did  test after 3 weeks and 1 day and one complete std pcr profile after 3weeks and 5 days again i was still using doxycicline but everything is negative. i'm scared the chlamydia is still here as i have still symptoms and some itching

Actually i was given a very long treatment i don't know why, i test just before the end but kept taking the treatment till the end.

Chlamydia, Gonorrhea are the easiest things to treat. They are bacterial infections just like any other bacterial infection that needs antibiotics to treat. Strep throat per example or any other.
I understand your fear right now,  but since you tested negative after the treatment, it is expected and it is cured as it is expected to be :)
