Can I get STDs/HIV from the Following?

Hello, recently I've been to a female friend's house on the 29th of January and I'm having a flu + a headache today.
I went to her bathroom and noticed that her bras and panties are lying on the floor, I picked her panties up and sniffed it a little and noticed it had a stench.
I had small cuts on my finger tips and I believe I have touched her worn-panties and bra. Is there any risks for any HIV or STDs?  Am worried.

Zero risk of STD/STI. They are called STDs/STIs for a reason; you need to have sex with the person for a transmission chance.
