Can STD(s) cause a benign cyst on the testicles?

I recently had an ultrasound performed on my scrotum that showed a “small, benign-appearing cyst” on my left testicle. Are there any STD(s) that could potentially cause this? For context, I had a chlamydia / gonorrhea urine test about a month before that came out negative.

Thank you for the response. Ok, my follow up question is this: are ultrasounds typically conclusive in the determination of testicular cysts, orc can it potentially be something like epididymitis?
