Can anyone tell me pustules cure on balls

I had sex with a girl a couple of weeks ago , the first few days I was alright but than I saw a pimple that's hurting when touched or pressed on the right side of my ball sack just underneath the penis . I thought it will be ok on its own but than that area became sticky I don't know if it's from the pimple or that area got bruised while having sex. And such a place underneath the penis will always stay moist so less chance of drying the wound out. I used provate cream for irritation . But today I see small red dots like pimples like the tip of a pen spread around the area . The skin there hurts they pustules or what I think yes. I want to know what is this illness , is it something serious and what is the cure of this.

I really want to believe this as this is what I thought so too in the first place . What worried me is it spread which I didn't see before and it's very visible now . I did unprotected sex though so it scares me more
Could it be herpes ? I also feel fatigue in my thigh area

What is it then? I do know once it was hard to penetrate and I kept doing it . This damaged side was hurting at that time . Due to this after 2 or 3 days the pimple came and than now it's spreading red dots like blood dots like wound marks
