Can one get infected by rubbing his penis against a clitoris

I have a question regarding a possible exposure during sex. I was on vacation recently and hooked up with this lady. After a few drinks we went to my hotel room. She used my penis to rub her clitoris before I put on a condom and we had sex. Is there any risk of exposure to HIV from me the act of rubbing my penis against her clitoris.

What would be the risk of exposure with this type of encounter  for clymidia or gonorhea. Or if there might be a little licking but not sucking before condom was put on what would the risks be then ..
