Can someone advise me?

On Thursday i received protected oral sex (I was wearing a condom) it didn't last long probably about a minute or so as i was receiving mutual masturbation before as well as that we french kissed at the time i had a cut in my mouth which was white at the time as if it was healing.
Last night (Friday) i felt a sharp sting like a spot or a needle being poked  an 1 inch up from my penis, when i looked closely a blackhead fell off and it started to bleed, the mark is now red  Now this occurred 1 day after the incident.

What i would like to know is this a symptom of an STD as it is 1 day after exposure?

And also am i at risk with the kiss as i had a cut inside my lip?

I really hope someone can help with this?

Hi protected oral sex is no risk for contracting any std. Kissing would be a risk for herpes but if she did not have a obvious lip sore at the time and there was no rubbing deep kissing that risk would be close to zero.
