Chance of std?

Hello

3 nights ago I made a massive mistake by using a legalised prostitute in europe while very drunk.

I received oral then had sex using a condom the whole time, it never split or slipped. Afterwards I took it off but dont remember if I washed my hands.

The next day I began worrying frantically as im in a happy relationship and this was a massive but youthful mistake. My testicle started aching today but I dont know whether this is paranoia as I didnt think symptoms showed this early? I have definately learned my lesson and dont want it to ruin my life. Should I be worried?
Thanks

Hello

I agree with daniel78 in the answer to your second and more important question.

The answer is no.

Lots of threads on this in this forum if you have a look - basically if you've had sex with a condom you don't need to worry unless you develop sores or blisters. This could be HSV (Herpes) - low risk of transmission, or Syphilis - even lower risk of transmission.

You are at zero risk of any of the urethral type infections or anything which could cause your testicle to ache.

So, no - don't be worried!
