Chances of having an STD

Hi everyone. 4 months ago I recieved unprotected oral sex from a guy. It was a very short experience lasting under a minute. I have not had any discharge or
burning when I urinate, no sores or blisters. I did develope a rash around the head of my penis 3 weeks after the encounter. I used antifungals and it seemed to go away. I went to a dermatologist and he examined me and said he thought it was fungal and it was going away. It did not fully disappear and then my urethra opening started to become irritated. It started to sting a little when I urinated. I went to A urologist and he examined me and thought I was ok. Neither Dr thought I had any symptoms of a std and did not give me blood test. My question is, is how likely is it that they missed something? Could I have chlamydia, gonnorea at
Syphilis and they aren't noticing it?

Hi with the rash would be fungal as the doc suggests and the  urethra opening becoming irritated is most likely from your constantly opening it up looking for things. None of what you describe suggest any std like gono or syphilis.

Is chlamydia a possibility?
No it is not only gono would have been possible
Thanks Dave for your answers. Just for my education, how come chlamydia isn't a possibility?
Most std experts even Dr H in the old expert file state this.
