Chances of prostatitis or trichomoniasis? Itch and burning after urination?

About a month ago I was diagnosed with gonorrhea (which sexual contact was a month before diagnosis as well) and was treated with an injection of ceftriaxone and 1g of azithromycin (4 tablets) as chlamydia is commonly known to come with gonorrhea. After a full week and a few days the symptoms were gone. After a month from treatment, I noticed mild itching deep in my urethra, which went away but then the burning started happening. It usually occurs after urination which in most case the urination is a short while but I do not get symptoms like the urge to urinate. I do notice some lower back pains but I used to have them since young.

I went to a few doctors who aren't very useful and just recommend me to drink more fluids. Had a few urine test and all came back normal except for one where I had a +1 on the level of leukocytes in which he says is negligible. I'm going for a urine culture, will that detect trichomoniasis and ensure that my gonorrhea has been successfully treated?

Should I visit a urologist? I really am out of options and this has been bothering me lately.

Not treatment failure but seeing a uriologist is best option at this point.
