Chances of std from anal fingering

So about a week I had sex with a girl who I know has multiple partners, she’s told me she’s clean but I know lots of people lie.
She gave me oral without a condom briefly and I washed my penis right after and urinated, but briefly she sucked her finger and put it in my ass. Since then i feel a slight tenderness around my gooch area if I press on it, I’ve gone and done a urine and blood test which have come back clear.
But I’m worried maybe because I rinsed my penis after oral I didn’t contract the std in my penis, but instead I contracted it anally and it was not shown in the urine test.
Am I being paranoid or does that mean I’m clean? Or should I have another test after sometime to give the possible std time to arrive to my urine from my ass.
Thank you for any advice and time guys, I have a date coming up and I want to make sure i don’t pass anything to her when it comes.

There is no risk at all from fingering.

Rinsing your penis, or even washing with soap, after doesn't do a thing to prevent infection.

How brief was the oral? Oral sex is a lot lower risk than intercourse, and I can give you a better idea of your risk if I know how long you mean by "brief" - are we talking a few seconds? A few minutes? 15 minutes? Regardless, most experts don't think one encounter of unprotected oral warrants testing.

If you have a date this weekend, and plan on having any kind of sexual contact, use condoms anyway.

Also, just a note - I notice that you mention that your partner has "multiple partners", as if this makes her at some kind of risk you don't have. You are going on a date this weekend, and don't want to transmit anything, presumably because you'll be having sex. If you had sex a week ago with girl #1, and are going to have sex this weekend with girl #2, that means you also have multiple partners.

Thank you for the time,
I’d say the oral was around a minute, and the anal play was around the same.
Even if there was saliva on the finger, Or is the risk still low of STD? Because I’m scared about the tenderness or if it’s just paranoia making me feel things I didn’t notice before.
I say she has multiple partners because she’s had over 10 the year but claims she gets tested regularly, I believe her but I’ve been lied to before and I just get a little too worried and paranoid.
Thank you very much for taking the time to try assist me
Yes, even with the saliva, anal fingering is no risk. Once it's exposed to air, you're fine.

Even if it wasn't, the amount of saliva on a finger isn't much, and probably wouldn't be enough to transmit anything.

The oral sex has a low risk - very low if it was around a minute. You could get gonorrhea, chlamydia (which is possible, but usually doesn't transmit during oral), syphilis, NGU and herpes. The chances of all them are low enough that I wouldn't even bother testing, but if you're anxious about it, here are the testing times:

Syphilis isn't that common, and your partner would have had to have a sore in their mouth to transmit it. You wouldn't see symptoms of this for 10-90 days, but the average is 21 days, and you'd get a sore called a chancre. This doesn't cause burning, pain, discharge, etc. You can test for this at 6 weeks. If you get symptoms, but test negative at 6 weeks, test again at 90 days, and get to the doctor as soon as you see symptoms.

If you don't already have herpes type 1 (think oral sores, like cold sores but not canker sores), then you could get genital herpes type 1 from receiving oral sex. This can happen even if the person performing oral doesn't have a sore, but it's more likely if they do. The time from infection to symptoms is usually 2-12 days, but the average is 4 days. You can test for this now, and then again at 4 months to make sure you don't have it. If you test positive now, it's a pre-existing infection that you had before this encounter. About half the adult population has this, and 90% don’t know it. Ask for a type specific IgG blood test.

You'd see symptoms of gonorrhea at about 2-5 days, and this would usually be a discharge, burning, etc. Some people don't get symptoms. You can test for this as early as 3 days, but 5 days is better. You can have a urine test or a swab test.

NGU (nongonococcal urethritis urethritis, sometimes called NSU, for non-specific) is an infection in the urethra that is caused by anything other than gonorrhea . This can be caused by normal mouth bacteria entering the urethra, and the symptoms and testing times are the same as gonorrhea.

Again, experts don't think one encounter of oral sex warrants testing, so try not to worry.
Thank you very much for all of that, you’re an amazing person for taking time to help a stranger out like that. Hope you have a great a day.

I should also add that the tenderness was instant and I feel has gradually become better per day
