Is there any type of Chlamydia that's incurable?

I still have chlamydia for over six months despite numerous types of antibiotics I have been taking. Over this period of time I've experienced countless symptoms to include Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, Rectal Inflammation, Lower Back Pain, Penile White Discharge, Nausea, Wormy Movement in my Body, Pain During Urination, Itchy Eyes, Hot Sensation in my Legs, Low-grade Fever, Frequent Urge to Urinate, Severe Fatigue, Seizure, Noisy Stomach, acne, narrow and small penis, Frequent Diarrhea, Rectal Pain etc. I almost die and I've decided to drink poison to die due to too much anxiety I'm suffering from. Pls what's your piece of advice for me?
