Chlamydia but no sexual contact

Hi all,

Recently felt some pain in my penis along with my testicles aching, frequent urination and struggling to have a normal stream. Went to see my GP and they said it sounded like an STD despite me saying i havent had any sexual contact in over 2 years. I had myself tested and again as i couldnt believe the results anf i came back positive for chlamydia. I just dont understand how i could have it? If i somehow came into contact with someones saliva or semen could it have infected me? I'm just stumped?

Hi im sure the test is a false positive as not having any sexual exposure in 2 years. Even if you did have i from 2 years ago it would have cleared up on its own in a month or so
