Chlamydia over a month after?

So I was on a trip and slipped up. Got a little intoxicated and did anal with a stranger. I was too intoxicated and couldnt keep an erection though. The whole penetration lasted maybe a minute.
Time has gone by and I had been examining myself to make sure I didnt show a rash or anything like that. I would grasp my penis, not super hard but enough to stretch it to get a good look at it ( this was everytime I used the bathroom)
After doing this for awhile, my uretha started showing signs of pain and inflammation.
Constant urge to urinate, pain when not urinating, pain at start of urination.
These symptoms have since subsided but now my testicles hurt. I did examine my testicles as well, but this pain in them is pretty odd, been there a couple days now.
No discharge from penis.

Thoughts doc?

Hi without a white puss discharge appearing about 5 days later you can feel comfortable you did not contract gono or chlamydia but only testing would confirm this. The now testicle pain would seem to be from your contant pulling checking for things.
