Chlamydia risk ?

Hello,  I am a 26 year old female who was in a relationship with a 25 year male. About a week ago, my bf (who I broke up with already ) admitted to me that he tested positive for chlamydia. We always had protected sex with condoms, the sex would sometimes last more than 30 minutes. Sometimes I would notice that the head of of his penis was covered but condom would not cover all shaft (sorry for the details). Am I at risk  for chlamydia if he tested positive or any other stds ? According to him that’s the only test that came out positive. What is my risk ? Also let’s suppose he transferred the chlamydia to me and I been having it for 3 months already, does this mean it was already affected my reproductive system ?  Thankyou all and sorry for the inconvenience.

1) The risk is nearly zero if it is condom protected.
2) chlamydia will not cause complications so soon. PID may develop but that is after years.
3) lets not over complicate things. Chlamydia is easily treated with a course of antibiotics. If u r worried, go see a doctor and get tested
