Hello, can you get chlamydia via unprotected oral and fully protected vaginal sex? The condom was 100% intact during vaginal intercourse. thank you

Quite possibly, yes. Best to test though to make sure it has been eliminated.

You are not very forthcoming with details, I hope you were with your doctor so they could help you.

Thank you. Last question if i may ask: taking a 1g of zithromax all at once one day after the encounter would cure or prevent a possible chlm infection?

I would suggest only a risk (and very low at that) if the sexual contact was with a CSW. A few percent only have throat infections and then the chance of infection per episode may only be 5% or so.

Thanks for your reply, the vaginal sex is always protected .only the oral sex was not protected. In this case, is there any risk for chlamydia? From condom protected vaginal sex and unprotected mouth to penile oral
Thanks again

It is exceptionally unlikely and no real need to test unless you have symptoms or are informed a partner has been diagnosed with chlamydia.

If you enter into a relationship with unprotected sex, then it is always a good idea to mutually test beforehand.
