Clear discharge milked from penis. Negative STD results

Recently had unprotected sex. I followed up with partner who assured she was tested and did not have an STD. However, anxiety and guilt got the best of me and I'm afraid it's causing me to look for symptoms not there. If I squeeze my penis or milk the urethra I sometimes notice a clear fluid that secretes from the urethra. It's almost a pre cum type but I'm not arroused. does the penis produce a natural lubricate. Have I irritated my urethra by squeezing it over and over. I have received negative std results but worried about false negatives

Discharge that you see from milking or squeezing your penis is not a symptom of an STD. It's normal to see a discharge if you milk it or squeeze it.

Stop doing that, and let your penis just be, and see if you see a discharge. Your penis is your friend - treat it kindly. Squeezing it and milking it like that is not kind to it.

You've had negative tests - I don't know what you tested for and at what times you tested - but remember that anxiety doesn't mean infection.

Thank you for the response. I do think the anxiety is what makes it worse. Every bump or weird thing freaks me out. I took a ten panel test for HIV and all the common STD's I waited 28 days. The clear discharge seems to only be when I milk my urethra or agitate it. I consume high amounts of caffeine and alcohol so I think that could be a factor and cause for concentrated urine
I just answered your other question, but let's keep all your questions here.

At 28 days, your HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and NGU (which probably wasn't included in your testing if you did STDCheck or something similar) are all conclusive.

You didn't need to test for hep A and C - that's ridiculous that they include it. Hep A is found in fecal matter and is almost always transmitted through contaminated foods. Hep C is only found in blood, and is rarely transmitted sexually. When both A and C are transmitted sexually, and it's rare for both, it's usually through unprotected anal sex.

You've probably been vaccinated for hep B, depending on your age and parents' views on vaccines.

If you only see the discharge when you milk it or squeeze it, that's not an STD symptom. Stop doing that. You're only causing yourself more irritation. Your penis is your friend, and treat it kindly.

Lay off the caffeine and alcohol and see how you feel. Even if you don't totally stop them, ease up on it. Neither are good for you, especially large amounts of alcohol. That can't lead anywhere good.
Sorry for the cross posts. Still trying to learn the system. Thanks for patience. I've reached out to the partners who said they were both tested and had negative results and did not have anything prior to intercourse. I did use STD check and was just wondering the validity of the site. I've read that some places suggested you wait two hours after you urinate to provide a sample but stdcheck said one only hour was needed. So I'm worried about that. I only waited an hour to provide a sample
One hour is fine.

STDCheck is reliable, even if I think they offer you tests you don't need. Their testing is good.

And no worries on the cross posts - it's only because I get scatterbrained trying to keep up with it all. :)
Okay great. Sexual health anxiety is the worst and I feel like our minds can create symptoms that were never there. You do a good job and responding and assisting. Thanks for being a good person.
You're welcome, and absolutely correct that your mind can create symptoms that were never there. Keep remembering that. If symptoms disappear when you're busy or your mind is otherwise occupied, they really aren't STD symptoms.

Think of it like a cold - when you get a cold, even when you're busy, you still feel congested and crappy. If you have an STD, the symptoms will be there all the time.
