Clear penile discharge during the day

I feel like there is discharge coming out all day but I’ve only seen a little on the tip once every other time I look- nothing. I was diagnosed with epiditymitis but I don’t feel discomfort in my testicles anymore . I tested negative for clam and gono. Can any infection start at the epi and then move on to cause this discharge?

Just like to add the woman I got it from was HIV positive and I received oral sex from her. She found out several months later had HIV I never contracted HIV and I had suspected she gave me something a week after she  performed oral sex on me I did not go get tested for things until she found out she had HIV and told me was told I was in the all clear yet was experiencing the discharge for another few months or so and then it became prostatitis and I slowly stopped getting the discharge. I had taken azithromycin 1 pack 10 days and Doxy for 10 and 21 bactrim for 3 mos god everything else in the book . I knew the first day waking up after taking the moxifloxacin and rifampin  I feel that the reason this mycoplasma strain was so vicious and highly resilient was due to the fact it was breeding inside someone immunocompromised .

Basically I'll help you settle this. What made you first thing you had something wrong. If it was the discharge and you aren't sure if you had it before or not that means you didn't because you would t have just out the blue noticed something. Alot of people have mycoplasma and when some people are infected by these these bacteria symptoms can range from one person to the next mild to none at all the only dehabiligating symptom is the prostatitis and the urination where it feels like your constipated but out of your penis. Horrible feeling. I say you go to a doctor lie say your girl friend was diagnosed with antibiotic resistant chlamydia and require a fluroquinonone class drug to kill it. That way when your done the th antibiotics the chance of there being something going on becomes so slim. It has to be a fluroquinonone class antibiotic other than Cipro unless it is a recent infection and has not spread to the prostate which in that case moxifloxacin due to the prostate penetration is much more reliable. Also there is no reliable test for men many times couple's will frequent test positive when the other is negative and vice versa... Which is scary when you think about it.... Anyway if you have symptoms of discharge you need antibiotics and best case is to go to a clinic that specializes in STDs and pregnancy and just tell them hey I have this and get the meds and make sure u finish all of them we don't need more antibiotic resistant strains going around I spread enough antibiotic resistant nonspecific urethitis for the both of us. Guarantee the cases that keep popping up across the country share a common link to either me or the woman I got it from. Gross I know.

I took 1.5 grams of azitro and 250gm injection.7 days after the encounter that has me worried. I started notice the feeling of discharge 2 months after that I have always had pre cum as long as I can remember. If there is any discharge I only see a little bit of shiny water like in consistency before and after I pee up to 10 minutes after.
Yup that is exactly what MG looks like. Also the one day azithromax is how you end up with antibiotic resistant mycoplasma genitalium .... It takes 10 days minimum of azithromycin to clear it and it will become resistant after one treatment failure so you have to do a fluroquinonone ... Take these steps ok. Go get tested. Wait for results if they say nothing is wrong tell them your partner had antibiotic resistant mycoplasma genitalium and you require rifampin and moxifloxacin because if you take one and not the other you will become resistant and require Intraveneous Synercid.  Don't let a dumb doctor swap one antibiotic for another not knowing what to treat and don't let a doctor convince you otherwise. Unless the doc immediately knows of mg. You stand no hope of getting help. I became a heroin addict because of all this I have been clear two years now and had someone listened to me at 18 years old 16 damn years ago my life would be much different I would have children a wife etc... I broke up w every woman I ever got close with due to her vagina smelling foul  (unprotected sex w long term partners)I realize now it was my nasty dick causing it.....
Google mycoplasma genitalium and start reading. It is becoming an epidemic so there has been a lot in the papers past week. I have been bombarding my story everywhere though trying to help all the other guys with prostatitis who get no straight answer from doc's and are even told by ignorant "professionals" that it wasn't contagious ...bull ****.
Thanks for the input. I’ve already had test all negative. Truth is I just haven’t actually confirmed that I have discharge. And my one time encounter was with a condom with both oral and anal. No vaginal. So the only way I can think I got something is when she put the condom on with her mouth or when I took the condom off and touched my penis cleaning up. I will probably get tested for MG but I think I’m going to wait a few weeks and see if I can actually see any actual discharge. Thanks again for your help
Oh you never had discharge you're probably fine.

I had mycoplasma genitalium for 16 years. I knew something was wrong started as clear discharge became epydymitis and prostatitis I dealt with it in agony told nothing was wrong even was part of a chronic bacterial prostatitis study. Fast forward ten more years as I ignored it went on my life I gave it to someone who gave it to a guy in the British army. And he was given pristinamycin and diagnosed with mycoplasma genitalium a STD they do not test for in the U.S. and it is highly resistant to antibiotics. I was cured finally after all these years after rifampin and moxifloxacin. I knew within 3 days of taking it that it was working. Mind you my doctor listened to the whole story I never mentioned to this doc I was suffering prostatitis all this time and he took my word on the research I did. Previously I had been on multiple month courses of many antibiotics including Cipro. Which had it not festered to become prostatitis would have worked. This was all back in late 2000s forward to 2018 I found out about it jumping from a female to another male and dig deeper finally contacted him directly you see I gave it to this female after I myself contracted it from an Australian woman in 2002. Anyway. To everyone with prostatitis and being told nothing is wrong demand moxifloxacin and rifampin. If this fails you will either need to acquire pristinamycin from over seas or find a doc who understands and will get you on I.V. synercid. This is a horrific STD and what makes it worse is doctors telling you is in your head and then you go pass it to more people. It effects men only so unless you speak to mutual partners of a woman you've been with there is no way to make the connection inorder to convince a doctor it is bacterial and transmittable to others.

Very interesting how long did discharge go on before epiditimytis? What is happening to me is it started with epditimytis mildly if there is such a thing. Lasted for 3 weeks on each side. Now it’s gone but the feeling of discharge began a couple days after that. That’s been going on for about a week and 1/2 now  I still have not actually seen real discharge. This may actually be in my head because the only way I can see that I got it was from one encounter with a csw her putting on the condom with her mouth or me taking of the condom and cleaning up. It highly unlikely but possible I think.
Well first off my main symptom wasn't epydymitis it was one of them but it would be periodic pains down there. My main problem was weak urine to the point of dribbling and pain after ejaculation as well as pressure feeling constantly but I had discharge that was clear and if I touched my thumb to my pointer finger with the discharge it looked like clear spit and would come out after urination but that was early on th first year after that year I didn't ever really have discharge and honestly it was rather mild nothing dehabiligating I had it from high school until middle age and lived a full life and ignored it. Yes it was irritating yes I knew something was wrong but because doctors started referring me to psych after the same routine mind you it took 6 years and 9 doctors before I got one ******* test done and they didn't even stain or culture they just threw antibiotics at it randomly and I went about spreading an antibiotic resistant STD for 16 years and I am the only one other than the guy in the British army to get it taken care of. I informed several sex partners and one tried to tell her gyno and her gyno told her girls don't get prostatitis and quickly dismissed her before she was able to explain the exact cause... She went and ordered pristinamycin online from somewhere overseas. I'm trying to make this known so no one of else has to go through what I did mind you my first sexual partner was the one who gave me this. Horrible experience. Overall 10/10
Didn't finish what I was saying about touching the discharge it has the consistency and vicousity of spit. If you touched two fingers together it would stretch and easily be mistaken for precum even though I never pre came ever in my life until 18 years old and contracted this first time I noticed was after burning urination I milked my penis because it felt like something was inside and a clear liquid milked out neither pee nor cum.
Thanks  for sharing it makes me wonder if I had it before the encounter I’m worried about and I’m just know feeling because I’m so focused on everything I feel down there. Might not hurt to go get test it for it
