I had a negative trichomonas vaginalis and 30 days later be positive?

previously had clymedia that is why the second test

How were you tested for it? Was it a swab/culture or a urine test?

It could be a false positive, or the previous test could have been a false negative. Unfortunately, there probably isn't a great way of figuring that out. You could get another test done and see what that says, which is reasonable, if you don't want to take any more antibiotics.
