STD massage

Hello,

five days ago i was at erotic massage body to body. I know that is considered very low risk. I even know that there are some STDs i can get like Syphilis, HPV, herpes.

During the massage our genital areas were touching for a couple of minutes. Not the head but the less pretty well.

My problem is:

After 5 days there was pimple (2 millimiters) on my scrotum. It started at morning - It was itchy. After 2-3 hours i felt some "under skin" pimple. I tried to squeez it and i did - there was colorless fluid. The area is small and it looks like Folliculitis..

after the squeez - i did it during yesterday 2 more times and i saw a little of fluid again. I propably damage the area by pressing too hard too many times.

this pimple is righ between scrotum and my leg. This place was touched only by hand during massage and for a while. (10 sec.)

It hurts a little only when i touch it or when i run durring the excersise.

My question is:

1) Is it possible to get some symptom in such a short time?
2) Is it possible to get syphilis on this place during this massage?

Thank you for your answer.

No, it is not syphilis.
Primary syphilis sore may appear anywhere at the place of contact but it takes at least 7 days to progress from a red spot to an ulcer. Moreover, it never appears before 10 days mark.
If you squeezed it make sure you keep it clean. Secondary skin infection may make it worse.
