Risk of STI from sexual massage

I made a mistake.

I went to a kind of shady massage parlor;
to be frank: over the course of it she touched my anus and gave me a hand job.
I'm just really scared of what if she hadn't properly sanitized herself or the bed between me and the last "customer."
Should I get tested? This just happened tonight; if I get tested this week is it too soon to be accurate?

You had zero risk from what you describe and no need in testing.
