A hand job isn't a risk for any STDs. I'll include some links at the end for you to read to get more info as to why.

Your symptoms sound a lot like a UTI, which isn't sexually transmitted. Did they do a dipstick test in the office? They could have already determined if you have one.

Here are some posts from our experts (when we had them) that may help -

He did do a dip stick and found nothing is it possible for that to happen and still have a uti? Side note after the massage i went home and vigorously washed with oldspice soap.
The pain in yhe lower abdomen seems to be getting worse
You need to go back to the doctor soon - don't wait.

If they did a dipstick, it's not likely to be a UTI, unless something went wrong with the sample and testing.

Washing after may make you feel better mentally, but doesn't do a thing to prevent infection. Also, your genitals are your friend. Treat them kindly and use gentle soaps on them, not scented stuff, and you never have to wash them "vigorously".

You had no risk for any STDs from this encounter. Follow up with your doctor since your symptoms are getting worse.
