Could this be NGU?

Hi all.  First time poster.  I've looked through the forums and it seems that my situation shouldn't be any risk, but my body is telling me otherwise.  Here goes.....
Situation as follows, rubbing and fingering (I hate that expressions, sorry) one night hook up's vagina until orgasm.  I then masturbated after she was gone.  I hadn't washed my hands but I HAD sprayed Isopropyl alcohol all over them twice after, thoroughly.  I have lots of this stuff, thanks Covid!  A few days after this event I started to feel sore up the length of my penis, internally.  It feels hot and .uncomfortable.  Not all the time but most.  No discharge that I can see and I have checked, quite a bit.  I am trying to leave myself alone just in case I've hurt the little fella but I don't think so.  My rational brain tells me that even if there was fluid on my hands (nothing visible, and I'd used 70% alcohol on them) then it would be very unlikely to pass anything to myself from my hands.  However, the irrational side of me tells me something is wrong, and, well, my d**k hurts!! Any thoughts?

How long after you sprayed your hands with the alcohol did you masturbate? Were your hands still wet with it?

If your hands were wet with the alcohol, it's possible that you got some alcohol in your urethra, and that's irritated it.

When you say rubbing - what does that mean? Were you rubbing your penis against her vagina? Was she rubbing it with her hands? Or were you just rubbing her vagina?

There's no risk from you masturbating after touching her, even if you hadn't used the alcohol. There would be too much exposure to air and movement and time for that. Even mutual masturbation at the same time isn't a risk.

Is there a possibility you're dehydrated? That can cause your symptoms. Try increasing your water intake, and lay off the alcohol, caffeine and juices. It could also be a urinary tract infection.

If it's not better in another day or so, see your doctor.

Hi. Thanks for the advice.  When I say rubbing I meant me rubbing her clitoris. At no point was my penis out during the encounter. My hands were dry from the alcohol spray. I masturbated about 5 mins later.  Very hydrated, I always drink plenty. As I type this I’m burning like crazy inside!! Ouch
Thanks again for the message. I must say I’m very confused and worried. Hurts like a sonofabitch!
You should go to the doctor then, and don't need to wait. Whatever is happening isn't related to the encounter as you describe it, and you need to figure out what's happening.

Let us know what happens.
Thanks. I will.
Biologically it seems to fit, bacteria passing from hands to other places but I’m sure the alcohol spray would have killed almost anything. I was quite thorough!
If you have any other thoughts please let me know :)
I agree about the alcohol spray, and hands don't pass bacteria like you think they do during mutual masturbation. I'm including some links below that can help explain that.

Maybe the alcohol did get in your urethra and cause irritation, but that should be easing, and it's not.

Whatever is causing it needs to be addressed. Let me know what happens.
