Could this be an STD?

I had unprotected receptive oral sex one time with another man 5 months ago. I had his penis in my mouth briefly. I had no symptoms and was tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis about three weeks after exposure. All tests came back negative.

A little more than two weeks ago, I had what I thought was a canker sore appear inside my mouth, but it hasn't gone away. It isn't particularly painful. It is a slightly raised bump that is circular and white. It is probably about half the size of a Tic Tac. I am worried about an STD. I am also concerned because I have french kissed my wife and had oral sex with her recently.

Should I be concerned

Thanks Life360. I was primarily concerned because canker sores are typically painful and usually go away quicker than this one.

I'm not sure about penis sores because I was honestly a little drunk. I didn't notice any, but I can't guarantee that my eyesight was any better than my judgment. This was absolutely a one-time incident, but I appreciate the advice about using condoms.

Hi, in the world of std,s 2 things cause topical issues. One is syphils and the other is herpes. You can rule out syphilis if he did not have any penis sores and the risk for herpes would be close to zero. But 5 months is way to long outside the window period for these to appear. Most likely just a simple canker sore common this time of year. Test for these for your wifes protection.
You really should use condoms to avoid these situations with your wife.
