Depressed!! Help needed about tests done!

Hello forum members

I am male of 25 years.  I was drunk had sex with a prostitute on 5 July 2010.  During the vaginal intercourse the condom broke.  I immediately asked if she has any disease. She said no but she had white and red dry itchy skin on her buttocks which i noticed afterward. (we were clothed during the intercourse and undressed later).  She told me it was only some eczema or fungal infection that is itching for sometime.  I freaked out, stopped instantly and left.

After two days (7 July) I went to see the girl and brought to have some STD test.  The results for Herpes, HVB, HVC, and Syphilis came back as negative during the same week.  I lost contact with her since.

After few days my penis skin, scrotal and anal area started to itch on and off.  There was no visible lesion or any signs of any lesion or pus but the itching was unbearable.  It passed out after some weeks though.

After around 5 MONTHS (25 november) I went to have STD test for Herpes, HVB, HVC, HIV and Syphillis.  The results came as NEGATIVE for all.

However i was still freaking out because i had some small painless swollen lymph at the back of my neck.  I also had like few "hard knots" of 1cm or less near my groin.  I was really worried I got an STD.  I went to see a dermatologist who palpated the groin area and said there is no swollen lymph in the groin area.  He also confirmed that there is no lesion in the penis and anal area.  He ruled the penis area itching as eczema and said it may be caused by the stress I had been under.    For the neck they said it is just some normal infection like cold.  The same was confirmed by a GP two weeks later.

Today, after 9 months from the intercourse i am still depressed and anxious. The "knots" near groin area and swollen lymph on back of neck are still here.  They havent grown or changed nor caused any pain ever.  I want to know if i have to be tested more to check if i have any disease like herpes, HIV or HVB or HVC after all these negative tests for the girl and for me also.  Are all my test at 5 months conclusive to rule out STDs? DO i need further testing??
Please help me out.

Hello Vance

Thx.. i was just worried about the herpes and the HIV most... i think its anxiety which made me mad.

I will not have to do any test then?
I will be getting married in 2 months,,, So my partner is safe from me and we can lead a normal life?  I mean i have no risk of passing anything bad to her or our future kids??

Thx in advance.

All of those results are conclusive and your symptoms don't indicate a STD at all.
