Do I have an STD or something worse

Hello Doctors,

4 days ago I was in Spain and visited a club where I had a lap dance which turned it something else. With alcohol on board and stupidly carried on. The Asian dancer stripped and then stripped me so we were both naked. She washed my penis and they washed her vagina. There was initial touching and at this point i did not have a condom on. She straddle me a rubbed her vagina on the shaft of me penis for a couple of minutes before she put a condom on. At this point i didnt have a full erection so I put my fingers in her vagina. She gave me a blow job and then I got on top. Again i placed my fingers in her a begun to masterbate. I tried to have sex again but failed so she made me ejaculate with her hand. I left and went back to my hotel where i had a shower.

When I flew home i went to my doctor as I was freaked out that I had caught something. He did bloods and Urine and gave me Zithromax (4 tabs), Flagl (3 a day for 7 days) and Daktacort cream. I have alot of heat coming from my groin and the inside of my thighs and my urethra seems inflamed (does feel normal anyway). I have not visual spots or discharge but I am going to the toilet more frequently.

I am still awaiting the results of the tests but I am very worried of what I might have??? Mentally I am shook and havent slept since i got home.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I got my results back and all neg, still no lumps or discharge but did get a white tongue probably from the antibiotics. I still have the burning/tingling in my thighs and perinuem so still a bit concerned. The Doctor gave me a course of Famvir and Diflucin which lasts a week and referred me to the STI Clinic. When I rang them they told me that they couldnt test me until Im 4 weeks off the tablets so I have a long wait before I get tested again.

I am wondering how long it takes for the z pack and flagl I took the week after the exposure will take effect??

Thanks for the reassurance, I will wait for the tests next week and see if this is the case. One thing I know I will be learning from my mistake!

Heat has nothing to do with a STD. all of the "symptoms" can easily be chalked up to anxiety.

Thanks Vance2335, just very worried due to the heat in my groin and inner legs and also the pain in my urethra. My mind is working overtime on what it could be....I have a partner and do not want to pass anything onto her.

Very low risk for STD's and I see no reason for concern.
