Do I have an STD?

So, I have had unprotected sex with four girls. Recently I revisited the girl I lost my virginity to and had sex with her a few times. Well, I started noticing itchiness on the underside of my penis near the head where the skin connects to the head from the shaft. It was itchy for about 2 or 3 weeks and now it's gotten to where it is no longer really itching but is now more sensitive compared to what my penis was like before. As well the opening of my urethra has itched before and now seems to have a sensitivity. When I go to urinate I did have some burning for a bit but that has gone away so I just assumed maybe it was a urinary tract infection since I have had urinary tract infections throughout my life. But I have been noticing either a string or thread sticking to my penis hole almost every time I've gone to urinate. So I was wondering if maybe I have a bit of clear discharge which is why maybe the thread from my underwear is sticking to my penis hole. The girl I had sex with is on birth control and had run out one of the times I had sex with her. She went to see her gynecologist and got her birth control supply refilled. She said her gynecologist said she was healthy down there. I'm not for sure if she got tested but would the gynecologist have been able to detect anything from a checkup? She has had a yeast infection before so I'm also wondering if maybe she spread that to me. Yeast infections have reoccurred in women from what I understand. Please help. I'll be testing for clamydia and either gonorrhea or syphilis depending on the cost. I'm broke and have to pay out of pocket because I don't have health insurance. So I'll be testing for other STDs once I acquire more money.

Start using condoms. Get tested for chlamydia.

I got tested just yesterday for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Results will be in by Monday. And yeah, I will definitely do that.
