Do I have and STD or am I just paranoid?

Hi, I am an 18 yr old chick. I'll start off by describing my current situation. I just started seeing someone , it got serious pretty quickly, but we never had the talk about getting tested or who our previous partners were. I have had a total of 5 sexual partners including him, after the first 2 I got tested because of suspicion of a UTI, and my doctor wanted to make sure it wasn't something more severe. I waited 2 years after that to have sex because my anxiety to catch an STD was so bad, but finally I did. I've used a condom every single time with all of my partners since I got tested, but only recently with my current partner I started bleeding during sex. I looked up what may be the cause of this and immediately chlmaydia popped up. I started searching other symptoms and realized I've had a lot of them for awhile but brushed them off. Do I need to get tested again even though I've been careful every single time ? Or is this just my hypochondria acting up?

Clymidia is not known to pass from mouth to vagina or anus. Therefore you didn't catch it from oral sex

So then you're saying the only way I could've gotten it (if I have it) is from oral sex?

If you have any form of unprotected sex get tested. I get tested every 6 months if I can. Do it for your anxiety and your mental well-being!!!
