Do I likely have herpes or a similar STD/STI?

Before I go any further, I'm an MtF transexual who has had the same partner for 3 years til a few of months ago and then the following happened, but he is the only physical contact I've had: So about 2 months ago, \ I cuddled naked with a guy and he spooned me and I received oral sex. About a week later, I noticed that there was an area of broken skin on the foreskin near the head of my tinkler. Since then it has scabbed over and is approximately 1 cm in length. It usually dries and starts to fall off on its own, but then it starts to scab over again. It's been doing that for a little while now and doesn't seem to heal fully. Also, I've noticed tiny bumps along the shaft and one on the tip of my penis. Did I manage to get an STD somehow? I will go get checked soon if I can afford it, but I'm just a bit baffled as to how this happened if it is indeed an STD. I'm just not sure what to think here. The bump on the head is new to me as of today, so this rash appears to be slowly spreading.
