Does spoiled milk smell indicate an STD?

I'm a female and recently when I slept with my bf I got a rank sniff of like a spoiled milk smell and so I checked for smegma and there was none and so I gave him oral it tasted really bad. And when we had vaginal intercourse I felt burning and I thought it could've been me but I always go to the doctor for regular check ups and am clean. So could he have an STD?

Smelly secretions can be due to STDs so it would be interesting to go to the doctor for a full STD test not just for you, but also for your partner. That way the test will be accurate in order to know exactly what is the matter.

All the best.
