False negative test??

I have been tested three times in my life for the usual stds. Such as chlamydia gonnorrhea etc. each time I was tested negative.  And each time I was tested was 3-6 months after the time of a new partner. Since my last testing (march 2012) I have not changed sexual parents. Nor have I changed my method of birth control. However the last few months I have been having UTI like symptoms. So I went in and was told I was already partially treated and I received a very short term prescription since they couldn't tell if I did have a UTI.  My dr also said it could be something like chlamydia. But how can that be if I haven't changed partners and I know for a face neither has he? And I was tested neg the last time I was tested, someone please help me out with this cuz I'm really confused on how I could've contracted something without changing partners/ without my partner cheating. HELPPPP!!!!

Both my bf and I have never cheated. I might sound arrogant but I know he hasn't. Which is why I thought it weird of my dr to tell me it could be an std when I haven't changed partners since my last testing.

If it's a STD then only way is for someone to go outside the relationship.

Well before I was tested for my UTI I had been taking cranberry pills to help with the symptoms. So my dr assumed I was partially treated but never have me a definite answer as to what was wrong. It is possible to get a fasle negative for std tests three times? My only symptoms are those of a UTI as well as I now have a missed period. I'm at a loss for what's goin on!!!

UTI's happen.
It's even possible you could have urinated soon before your previous tests and missed an infection. (although I'd shakedown my BF about it)

Anyways Chill out. Whatever you've got: it's treatable and you won't be harmed. In all likelihood it's just a UTI.
Get tested, treated, and you'll be okay. Good luck!
