Frequent urination

Hey guys, May 29th I received unprotected oral for 30-40 seconds and had protected vaginal intercourse during a 1 night stand... About 3 days later I started noticing a increase in my need to urinate (because of this I started drinking more water, to be sure not to get dehydrated, which of course lead to more frequent urination ) I also started feeling a slight pain towards the tip of my penis... Not during urination but just throughout the day, I never noticed any discharge, swelling, or abdominal pain... And the frequency at which I urinate has gone back to more of a regular amount.. But I still have that dull but steady pain towards the tip of my penis...

I plan on getting a full STD test soon, but do you guys have any thoughts on what I could be dealing with?

Bump---

Maybe the phrase "is it all in my head" isn't the right way to say it... Clearly there was an issue that the antibiotics help clear up... Although I have read that occasionally men will find blood in there semen for one reason or another... But in my case it's all seems like it would have to be one major  coincidence, For all of this to be happening and it not be related to my encounter...

Ok so a little update... Shortly after posting this I noticed a brownish discoloration in my semen (still no discharge) i assumed then it was an STI so I took a 10 day cycle of amoxicillin... And the discoloration stopped a day or two in... After comepleting the antibiotics I still had the uncomfortable sensation in my penis...I couldn't decided it it was just anxiety or something not cured with amoxicillin ( I know it's not the most effective against STIs) so 5 days after completing I went and got tested urine and blood samples were taken...  Chlamydia,  gonorrhea, syphilis , herpes , HIV,  and Hepatitis.... And everything came back negative... And while there was in instant sense of relief... The sensation remained.... Is this all in my head.?
