Gastrointestinal perforation concern

Hi,

Long story short, my girlfriend thought it was a good idea to stick her finger in my anus during sex, she claimed it would produce a good orgasm. I went along with it because I didn't think it could hurt anything and I'll try most things once (for the record it sucked and I am never doing it again). Anyway, she went in there for a few minutes and its been about 5 days and my anus still hurts on the right side just inside my anus. I am concerned that she punctured my colon or something (she put a condom on her finger). What kind of symptoms would I be having if I had a bacterial infection or other issue? So far its just a little sore (discomfort) and its only when i sit down or think about it (freak myself out). I am concerned that I will not have any symptoms and then have a medical issue like sepsis that I wasn't expecting.

I don't have a fever
my bowel movements have not changed and I don't have any real pain, it just feels sore and I am freaking out about it.

What should I do? wait until the soreness goes away or rush to the ER?

I think you would be bleeding if you punchered something in there.
When ever i have my prostate checked (where the doctor sticks his "big" finger up there" i have pain for a week!!!

Thank you for your comment, that makes me feel better. I tend to over think these things a lot. Do you think I would have more extreme symptoms if I had a serious problem?

Hi and welcome. We cant diagnose but only give non professional opinions from our own experience. If you want a doctors view you can go to the experts forum and ask a doctor but i think there is a slight fee.
Seems like she just burised the sensitive tissue or maybe you have a hemorrhoid that became inflamed from irritation. If i was me, i just would wait and see if it calms down.
