Glans red, and all wrinkled
first off i have had unprotected sex, not alot but i have, my problem is for the last three months my glans have been red right on the top part, the skin is all wrinkled, and theres like little pinhead sized bumps that you can see if you like look from the side when erected they look like little peices of skin or someting, i went to the dermatologist he didnt really even say nothing it didnt look that bad at the time, he gave me some hydrocortisone 1% but it doesnt seem to help. this is driving me crazy i look online and theres pretty much nothing i can find and everything i do there questions from other people that never been answered. im wondering if anybody knows what this could be and how to get rid of it! when im soft it doesnt look that bad a lil wrinkled and red but when erect its really red theres like lines running down from my pee hole, wrinkles goin the other way, and the lil dots i was talking bout (theres not alot of dots tho), and its just a werid texture doesnt feel right either, i also think i might have some discharge like if i look inside the penis it looks wet i manage to get some out and its like real sticky and clear, it looks like precum ive seen this other times too where im pretty sure it wouldnt be pre cum. so plz PLZZZZZ someone help me i cant go back to the doctor or derm cuz my insurance is out.
Can any one update us on this? I believe I may have the same thing but I am also told it may be fungal.

Did it ever go away?? This is ruining my life and I'm terrified of having sex so I don't infect anyone with whatever the hell it is! The doctors are no help and keep telling me to rub cream on it! (which does nothing)!

i have the same exact symptoms you are describing shawntr!! it has driven me mad i have had this for almost a year and does not seem to go despise trying everything!! Now i realize that it is the skin changing HPV!! Otto379 you seem to know alot about this HPV, how long did it take you for this to go away?? Are there any remedys to ease the itching and burning?? I really am at ends meet with myself and this problem, it has effected my whole lifestyle!!

Me too! negative on all stds, took anti iotics for months, but still iching and burning and redness! Did it ever subside?? Did you ever figure out what it is? It's ruining my life! Please let me know if you figured anything out!
1 telltale sign is that after an erection and your skin shrinks down to normal it leaves a white color to it. I don't know why stretched skin does this with hpv but its a phenomena not talked about in the medical books but only noticed by some victims of this disease.
You have the hard to see skin changing HPV. I believe I have had the same thing for years. Give it time watch your skin change over the next few months. It will move all the way down to your sack. Then after it takes over the whole genital area your immune system should keep it at bay. It took me months before it was completely established and stopped burning. Doctors can do nothing for a man yet not even test you.
if the topical steroids didn't make a difference, return to the dermatologist for a proper evaluation.
