Gonorrhea? Chlamydia? Please HELP ME

Hello, I performed oral sex on someone almost two weeks ago. Right after i was done, approximately 2 hours later i got a cold sore on my lower lip, about week later i started developing more mouth sores; i was told it was herpes but i wasn't specified if it was either type 1 or type 2, my mom said i got herpes when i was a little kid so i'm believing it was my second outbreak due to all the stress i've been going through. I've been experiecing a lot of anxiety and paranoia and i can barely get some sleep; i wake up in the middle of the night sweating. I can't stop thinking about the fact that i might or not have a STD. I've been reading about every single one of them and i'm really scared. I also got a vaginal infection cause he fingered me and hurt me in the process. I got a vaginal cream treatment for 7 days but i'm not really sure if i got better, don't think it got worse though; when i examine my vagina closely i can see some small spots of a white creamy sustance, almost like cheese; not on a big quantity. And my vaginal fluid seems to be ok. I got my period last night and it's a dark red/brown color. I've read that gonorrhea, chlamydia or sysyphilis ca live in the mouth and i'm scared i have that. I got the cold sores from my herpes outbreak but i've noticed a few times (maybe twice) that my saliva was kinda white, and my sores are looking white too; as if they were cracked lips. Please do help me on finding out, i'm so scared, i'm gonna go see a doctor tomorrow. Also, please do note i've been having anxiety and paranoia and panic attacks and stress, i don't know if it's all in my head or if i'm having real symptoms.

Your vagina has nothing to do with you giving someone oral sex.
