Can my symptoms be from bacteria vaginosis?

I am currently using a cream for BV. I dont know if its due to the applicator but i noticed that i was bleeding when i took the applicator out. I just had a period less than two weeks ago. i also noticed that my right lymph node in my pelvis area is swollen and hard. its also a little tender.. can this all be cause by the BV bacteria vaginosis?

It could be that your cervix is "friable", meaning very irritated, from the bv, but you do need to call your doctor about this today - don't wait.

I don't know of an STD that matches your symptoms. So I don't think it is an STD.

My suggestion would be to see a Dr. Bleeding could be from so many different things.
