HPV from receiving Oral Sex

What are the risks of getting genital warts from receiving unprotected oral sex?
I noticed a tiny black dot on my penis that I definitely don't remember seeing or feeling a week ago and now i'm scared that it may be signs of HPV.

I'm a Male in my late mid 20s with no HPV vaccines in my immunization records.

I found a post from a MedHelp expert doctor about this specific issue that you should read.  It's specifically about receiving unprotected oral and a worry about genital warts/hpv.  https://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/actual-genital-warts-from-oral-sex/show/1664123  To quote Dr. H. Hunter Hansfield "while oral sex may transmit genital warts or other HPV infections, this is believed to be rare, if it occurs at all.  Oral sex probably can be considered safe sex with respect to HPV."  It's one of those situations where there might be 'theoretical risk' meaning it doesn't ever happen in the real world.  In that attached link, Dr. HHH says he never had a single case in his practice which is very busy.

So, with that information, I'd guess this is not HPV but you are always free to see your doctor for confirmation of that.
