HPV infection

Hello, I had a girl friend HPV positive.
I had one time protected sex with her and 2 times (each lasting around 1 minute) french kissing.
My question:

is it possible to get infected this way? If so, what is the likelihood?

Thanks.

Her cervix hpv has nothing to do with her lips as mentioned these are place specific and are skin related infection that are stable and dont move around.

so, is this conclusion correct?
"if she had cervix hpv, then it is not possible for me to get infected by french kissing her"

I know that and im am saying that the test is most likey for her cervix not her lips. HPV is a topical skin condition, its not something flowing through the blood. If its on her cervix, its not on her lips.
The common finger wart is a strain of HPV and ive had many warts in my youth so i have it. But over time the body can cure itself of it.
There are many strains of HPV and to many to go over here time wise. So you might do some more research and ask her doctor about this condition. Since there is no testing for men and HPV is the most common sexually transmitted virus, its possible you already might have it.

Life_360_Dave. Thanks for your answer. It seems that you have a lot of knowledge on HPV.  The test was for her cervix, not for her lips.  HPV was positive and she had CIN 2 and then had surgery.
are you sure for this: " If its on her cervix, its not on her lips. "?

Hi tell us more about the test as the only real test for women is the Pap test for hpv in the cervix. This has nothing to do with lips.
