Questionable bumps on penis head

Hi, I have bumps on my penis head that have been there for about a year or so and I can't tell what they are. They don't seem to match any pictures or descriptions of any STD I've found. I'm a bit concerned because it is starting to make me insecure, but I've experienced no symptoms or uncomfortability.
Idk if I can upload a picture but I would sure appreciate some help.

I'm not certain how long they've been around, only that they are becoming more noticeable. They are less noticable when im flaccid but are definitely noticeable when I'm erect. I am sexually active but use condoms.
