Had unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex help!

On 12 Sept this year i had an sex with a sex worker, both protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. Both of us performed unprotected oral sex on each other(major concern), and i could taste her vaginal fluids in my mouth. I did not have any major symptoms that are stated online, but i was very paranoid. Had a blood test(named "ANTI-HIV" by Innovative Diagnostics) on 30 Oct(48days after exposure), and the results were negative. However I've been feeling my lymph nodes around my body and they were around 1cm in diameter. I went to my family doctor and he told me those sizes were normal. He prescribed some antibiotics for me but my nodes were still the same size after the course of antibiotics. Recently i feel tired easily and my neck is a little stiff, and my neck, groin area and armpits will have minor aches once in awhile. I also had minor sore throat for around 1-2weeks, but no fever. There is also discharge out of my penis, it was clear yellow in colour and looks like pee. There is no pain while urinating or during the discharge but there is a tingling sensation occasionally.

I am very worried about contracting HIV/STDs and i would deeply appreciate if i can get some advice on this. THE ANXIETY IS KILLING ME.

Hi

You need to be patient some people are waiting 2, 3 days for an answer.
There are no doctors on this forum.

Forget about HIV, you test shows, and thanks for posting this for others to read about: that you do not get HIV from oral sex (both ways), and the condom worked and protected you from HIV.   You were at zero risk for HIV and you didn't need the test for this exposure.  Any more HIV questions will not be addressed here, and you should ask them on the HIV community forum.

You did put yourlself at risk for gonorrhea and NGU, taken together with your exposure and symptoms you need to test for those (yes you do need STD testing for those), do it today if you can.

Gonorreha, and NGU, yep.  Test for them.
