I was with a girl. She was fingering herself/masturbating and then gave me a hand job with some type of lube. Since she was fingering her self and then gave me a hand job am I at risk for any STDs? Such as HSV ?

I think the answered my own question by reading other posts, but would still appreciate confirmation from the professional on the forum here. the anxiety sucks. I think I have almost ZERO risk of getting an STD if a girl fingers herself and then immediately gives me a hand job. Unfortunately, we no longer have professionals on our site, but you read their words in the posts you linked. Your situation isn't any different than any other use of hands. They just don't transmit STDs.
