Help!! Overnight pimple like lump on my shaft

So i woke yesterday to find a small pimple like lump of my shaft i squeezed it and it was just like popping a pimple with all the stuff coming out even some clear liquid after all the initial discharge. unfortunately the squeezing caused some bruising. i can still feel the lump what could it be it just happened overnight. im paranoid from reading all the things is could be i doubt its herpes since i read that it comes in patches. herpes perhaps someone help. I've been keeping the area as clean as possible.

thank you for your responses they helped put my mind at ease at least till i get to see a doc. and from readin other post some of the doctors say the risk for transmitting herpes thorugh oral sex is relatively low. so i hope it was just a pimple.

Google your town and state and health dept, and you should be able to find an std clinic near you.  They are usually free or very low cost.

And i think wednesday, so what i thought was bruising was just a scab so i really dont have insurance to go see a doc any advice on that?

Well, when was your last possible exposure?  If you mean do symptoms appear that fast, then yes.  I woke up one morning 3 days after having sex and had blisters.  I felt nothing before then.

Incubation means the period of time from infection to symptoms.

ok so if can be herpes does it incubate that fast?

It could be just a pimple, but my advice is to never squeeze or pop anything, and let your doctor see it.

Herpes can be just a pimple.
