Help! STD?

I received oral sex in a massage parlour 7 days ago. I used a condom and there was no oral-penis contact. However, the woman's salvia did come into contact with my scotum area. Now I have some irritation in the penis area and there is one tiny white pimple on penis, but otherwise no discharge, no lesions, no other symptoms. Chances that this is gonorrhea or some other STD?

Thanks Folks. I am very wrapped up with concern, I have a partner and would die if I caused her to get an STD.
