Herpes/Antibodies

About 3 months ago i had a ulcer on my genitalia so i went in to my doctors and talked to the nurse practitioner and she said it looked like herpes.  She didnt think of any other options but that.  She did a culture and a anitbody blood test which both came back Negative.  I had not had sex for 4 months and from what i have read it only takes a couple weeks to get anitbodies in your system.  My question is does you immune system start building up anitbodies as soon as you have sex and get infected or after an outbreak?  and another question is can you get an ulcer from a yeast infection if it gets bad?   Any advice will be heldful Thank You

If your igg was negative and you hadn't had sex in 4 months prior to the blood test, it's not likely to be due to herpes.

Yes indeed a bad yeast infection will cause rashs and even ulcerations in the skin.
