Herpes Infection

Hello,
I had an unprotected sex 3 months ago. It was my Life's worst decision. From that day it was only a nightmare for me. Problems started almost two months after it. Tested for HIV ELISA at 65, 78 and 99 days and also HIV Combo at 99 days all becoming negative. Around 70th day had Ulcer in my penis tip and pain in abdomen and balls which started all my problems, After course of Antibiotics(norflox & Pyridine ) things became normal. At 78th day I tested for VDRL which came as non reactive. But Another ulcer came in my another side of Penis tip and there was constant irritation in my penis head which made my world dark. At 99th day I took VDRL again and it was non reactive. But Still penis irritation didnt go and it was accompanied with anus burning. Now doubts of Herpes also started. So I did HSV I & II IgG test and VDRL test at 113th day. It came back Negative.
Though some irritation persists in penis head. I'm mentally affected a lot. Kindly Help me.

Tests:
HIV ELISA I & II : At 65 day, 78th day and 99th day. Result: Negative
HIV Combo : At 99th day Result: Negative
VDRL: At 78th day, 99th & 113th day: Non-Reactive
Herpes HSV I IgG : 0.60 At 113th day  Index: Negative: <0.9
Herpes HSV II IgG : 0.50 At 113th day  Index: Negative: <0.9

1) Can I be assured that I'm out of any major life threatening STI's ?
2) Is HSV I and II 0.6 & 0.5 value very high? can it become Positive ?
3) Can I move on in my Life. I'm in a depressed state and almost became mentally affected

Kindly Help me members. Sorry for the long post.
